Corporate Application Manager

The Information Technology Division (CS-IT) is seeking a Corporate Application Manager to ensure the continued stewardship, configuration management and operational reliability of three mission‑critical enterprise platforms. He/She will report to the Head of Corporate Systems Unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the documentation of the solutions (business, logical, application, data and technical layers) of Travelling/Expenses software, the e‑signature & legal archiving platform, and ITSM solution within the CEB’s tools.
• Lead and coordinate external integrators and TMA partners responsible for implementing, enhancing and supporting these critical applications: operational follow‑up, workload and demand prioritisation, deliverable validation, SLA monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Serve as the primary interface between business owners, integrators and IT team, translating functional needs into clear technical or configuration requirements and ensuring that delivered solutions meet user expectations, compliance constraints, and CEB standards.
• Oversee and validate upgrades/releases by the editors, functional enhancements, fixes and release packages, ensuring robust change management, proper impact assessment, and alignment with established governance processes.
• Coordinate incident and problem management with integrators, ensuring timely analysis, effective remediation, and continuity of service across all impacted business processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the supported platforms (SAP Concur, ServiceNow, e‑signature/archiving), identifying optimisation opportunities, streamlining workflows, and contributing to the overall maturity of the Bank’s application ecosystem.
• Support user enablement through training activities, functional documentation, user guidance, and communication of best practices.
• Contribute to the successful execution of the IT Masterplan by enhancing stability, industrialisation, and cross‑platform coherence.
PROFILE
Academic background:
- An advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Professional background:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in application management, integrator/vendor coordination, or functional ownership of enterprise platforms.
• Proven and solid hands-on experience in at least one of those two main solutions (SAP Concur and/or ServiceNow) including functional configuration, release management, incident management, and coordination with external support partners.
• Willingness to learn and complete his/her skills on the other solutions.
• Strong experience managing external integrators: demand scoping, prioritisation, quality assurance, delivery oversight, and SLA‑based follow‑up.
• Experience working as a functional intermediary between business users and technical partners, with the ability to formalise requirements and assess impacts.
• Knowledge of IT governance practices, change management, and architecture documentation.
Language skills:
- Excellent command of one of the two CEB official languages (English and French), both oral and written, and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
1) Initial 4-year contract (including a one-year probationary period) with the possibility of renewal one or more times up to six years and of conversion into an indefinite-term contract.
2) Grade and salary:
- B5/B6
- Depending on level of experience, monthly salary range starts €5,890.95 and €6,846.51, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
- Appointment may be made at a lower grade, based on the qualifications and professional experience of the selected applicant.
- Grades are established without any discrimination (including gender discrimination)

As an international financial institution, CEB remuneration is exempt of income tax in France. In addition, our offer includes allowances* based on family / personal situation, and medical and personal insurance. Staff members benefit from a contributory pension plan which provides them with either a pension or a leaving allowance.
