Project Officer - EU Grants

The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is a multilateral development bank with an exclusively social mandate from its 43 member countries. The selected candidate will also support the CEB in the identification and development of donor funded grant operations and new instruments. The selected candidate will work as a member of a team, widening and expanding CEB’s cooperation with donors (mostly with the European Union) and developing new and innovative instruments.
